Drop-in guests don't need to book in advance during a gender session and are assigned to the current session at arrival; anyone can also book directly into the coed Afternoon block.

No. The sauna interior is not painted, stained or chemically treated. The walls are Thermory thermally modified aspen, a premium wood made specifically for sauna interiors. Thermal modification uses only high heat and steam, with no chemicals. This process creates the wood's rich, darker color, which runs through the entire board rather than sitting on the surface like paint.The panels arrive pre-finished from the manufacturer with a water-based wax made for sauna use. Thermal modification also makes the wood more stable and resistant to moisture, so it holds up better in high heat.We chose this wood deliberately as a contrast to the lighter alder benches and the juniper accent wall behind the heater. No. Cycling between the sauna and the cold plunge is not permitted. Every session follows the same order: shower first, then the cold plunge, then the sauna. Going from the sauna back into shared plunge water isn't sanitary in a commercial setting. To keep the water clean, we follow, and in many cases exceed, the plunge manufacturer's guidelines. For example, we fully empty and refill our plunges every week, while the manufacturer recommends every 60 days.
