Fitness Director
I’m a fitness director and triathlon coach known for making tough training feel doable, structured, and fun. My approach blends science based programming with real life adaptability, so clients feel supported, confident, and stronger week after a week.
Fun fact: my perfect day starts with coffee, includes blueberries in pretty much anything, and somehow always ends with a little shopping!
Certifications: Masters in Health Education, Masters in Health Administration. BA in Exercise Physiology. Specialize in swimming triathlons, Hyrox, Deka and weight loss.
