Enhance in-season performance with off-season training in this 10-week winter program designed to improve speed, power, and agility through a personalized and progressive approach for each individual athlete.

  • December 16th - February 19th with 2 sessions/week

  • Tuesday (3:30 - 4: 30 pm): Strength & Conditioning

  • Thursday (3:30 - 4:30 pm): Speed, Agility & Drills

  • Baseline Performance Tests to determine athletes strengths and weaknesses

  • Coach Meg

  • Athletes ages 9-22

  • Max: 20 athletes

  • Price: $299 for all 10 weeks

Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Field Hockey • Lacrosse 

Boost your game this summer with our 8-week performance program. This progressive training plan focuses on building a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete—just in time for the upcoming season.

  • June 25th - August 2nd with 2 sessions per week

  • Wednesday (2:00 - 3:30 pm): Strength & Conditioning 

  • Friday (11:00 -12:30 pm): Speed, Agility, and Stick Skills

  • Baseline Performance Tests to determine athletes strengths and weaknesses

  • Coach: Chris and Meg

  • Athletes ages 9-22

  • Max: 20 athletes

  • Price: $249 for all 8 weeks​
