Onboarding Session
Your initial 60-minute onboarding includes:

Goal Setting for weekly frequency and desired outcome

Program Overview to discuss expectations and progression

Trainerize Setup for workout tracking and communication
Weekly Check Ins
After your onboarding, you will receive 15-minute weekly check ins with your trainer.
These check ins will focus on:

Changes or adjustments to programming
-
Standard progress check-ins
-
Asking questions about workouts
-
Guidance or spotting during workouts
Progress Tracking
Progressive Programming is delivered monthly to allow for continued progression and adjustments.
InBody scans are completed every 3 months. Results are reviewed with your trainer to:

Set goals for the next phase
