Free Intro to Reformer Pilates
Learn about the fundamental principles of Pilates and how the Reformer will improve your mobility, strength, coordination, and balance. Class will include review of the equipment, set up and safety. Plus a workout that incorporates core engagement, breathing techniques and alignment. After class, you will feel energized and discover muscles you never knew you had.

Our Classes
Reformer Fundamentals

This class provides the groundwork for all our Reformer Pilates classes. It is a low impact, full body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you will experience the transformational changes in your body and mind.
Reformer Flow

Incorporating the principles of our Fundamental class while adding some additional contemporary movements to enhance your body awareness, strength and mobility.
Reformer Strength

Incorporating the principles of our Fundamental class while adding more complex choreography. Be ready to be challenged mentally and physically. Prior Reformer experience recommended.
