Jacqui Wiseman
My approach is simple: get stronger, move better, feel capable in your daily life. I teach people to train like everyday athletes—building practical strength and movement quality that enhances everything you do outside the gym. Expect classes that are challenging but never punishing, with cues that help you understand how your body moves. Fun fact: I once beat an Olympic track and field athlete in competitive steinholding.

Jennie Santiago
Whatever is going on in the day, it can can take a backseat for an hour to 45 minutes. We can put on some music and move our bodies together. With a background in dance and musical theatre, Jennie finds inspiration from music. You will get mainly top 40s, though she's been known to sneak in some 80s/90s jams, and maybe, at times, even a little Disney/Broadway. Outside of class she loves spending time with her husband and little boy, or relaxing on the couch watching trash tv snuggling with her cat.
Certifications: Barre, Reformer, Les Mills BodyCombat
