Free Intro to Reformer Pilates

Learn about the fundamental principles of Pilates and how the Reformer will improve your mobility, strength, coordination, and balance. Class will include review of the equipment, set up and safety. Plus a workout that incorporates core engagement, breathing techniques and alignment. After class, you will feel energized and discover muscles you never knew you had.
