Stay in the loop with everything happening at Royal Fitness. Each week we’ll share the latest updates—from new classes and upcoming programs to important announcements and highlights from around the gym. We'll have a new post here every Friday. Below are the announcements for 3/27:
Please wait to enter the studio until 10 minutes before your class begins. This gives the previous class time to wrap up and transition out comfortably. Thanks for helping us keep classes running smoothly and respectfully for everyone!
Tent will be opening 4/1:
There will be no sides on the tent and no heat.
We will have both sides facing the parking lot with a net for pickleball.
The tent will then close on 11/30 for the winter.
MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENT
At Royal Fitness, we are committed to providing the best possible class experience for our members. To ensure classes remain comfortable, fair, and properly managed, we are updating our class check-in policy.
What You Need to Know
We’ve seen an increase in members attending classes without registering, which can lead to:
Overcrowded classes
Limited availability for members who book in advance
Inaccurate scheduling of classes
Starting March 30
We will begin checking class attendance in all studios.
From March 30 – April 5, we will have a one-week grace period:
You may still join a class without being registered (if space allows)
Our team will help remind and guide you through the process
Effective April 6
If you attend a class without being registered:
• If space is available:
You may join the class and a $5 administrative fee will be applied
• If the class is full:
You will not be permitted to join the class
What We Ask From You
Please reserve your spot in advance for all classes
Arrive checked in and ready to go
Use the app or front desk if you need help booking
Why This Matters
This policy helps us:
Maintain a great experience in every class
Ensure fair access for all members
Accurately schedule and grow the classes you enjoy
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing to deliver a top-tier fitness experience.

Spring Sports Performance Program
In the Tent with Coach Meg
8 week program for all athletes ages 7-16
Dates: April 7 - May 26
Times: Tuesdays from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Price: $179

New Program: Spring 5K Run Club
8 week program (April 12 - May 31)
Sundays 7:30 - 8:30 am
Locations: Newton Lake, Haddon Lake Park, or Cooper River
Race Day: June 6 – Johnson’s Farm 5K at 9:00 am
