Stay in the loop with everything happening at Royal Fitness. Each week we’ll share the latest updates—from new classes and upcoming programs to important announcements and highlights from around the gym. Below are the announcements for the week of 5/18:


Member Announcements

  • Attention Members: Our pool and hot tub will be closing for maintenance at 3pm on Sunday, May 24th.

  • Attention Members: Royal Fitness Club will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We hope you enjoy the holiday with family and friends!


Student Summer Memberships Now Available

  • 45-Day and 100-Day Student Summer passes are now available for purchase

  • Reformer Student Summer Class packs now available (10, 20, or 30 sessions) - access to premium Reformer Pilates classes at the lowest per-class pricing we offer

  • Valid high school or college student ID required for purchase



HYROX Race Training Program

HYROX Training Program begins June 3rd

  • Open to members & non-members — register online or at the front desk

  • 7-week training program combining strength, HIIT, and endurance training

  • Designed for all fitness levels with modified workouts available

  • Classes held in the tent — bring water, a towel, and dress appropriately

  • Program culminates with Race Day on July 12th


Royal Reformer

  • Royal Reformer Members — For the entire month of May, you can bring a friend to a Reformer Pilates class for FREE (one time for the month). It’s the perfect chance to show someone what Royal Reformer is all about and have some fun with a friend!

    • To book your guest into class, just stop by the front desk or give us a call and we’ll reserve their spot with you.

  • The schedule is live for our upcoming May popup classes! From high-energy jump board to mobility & stretch sessions, there’s a fresh way to move every week.


Summer Sports Performance Program

  • 8 week program with 2 sessions per week

  • Tuesday 3:30 - 4:30pm - Strength, endurance, and skill training

  • Thursday 3:30 - 4:30pm - Power, speed, and agility training

  • Ages 10-22 (kids will be grouped off skill and sport)

  • $299 for all 8 weeks
