Royal Reformer Policies

​To ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client, please review the following studio policies. These guidelines allow us to maintain safety, fairness, and the highest standard of class experience.

 

Grip Socks Required

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. 

Grip socks are available for purchase at the service desk.

 

Arrival Policy

To protect the flow and safety of class:

  • Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time.

  • Please wait on hallway benches until an instructor invites you in.

  • Doors lock at class start time.

For first-time Reformer clients, please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain the Royal standard:

  • Phones must be on silent or Do Not Disturb during class

  • No open containers near equipment.

  • Please wipe down and return all equipment after use.

  • Follow instructor guidance at all times for safety.

Late Cancellations

A late cancellation is any cancellation made within 8 hours of the scheduled class start time.

Late Cancel Fee

  • $10 fee for all members

​

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend class and does not cancel prior to start time.

  • Unlimited Memberships

    • $20 no-show fee

  • Drop-In / Class Pack / 4x Monthly Memberships

    • Class is forfeited

 

Waitlist Policy & Exceptions

Clients are responsible for managing their waitlist status through the app.

If added from the waitlist:

​

No-Show Exception

No-show penalties do not apply if you were added to class within 12 hours of the class start time.
This applies to all membership types.

 

Late Cancel Exception

Late cancel fees do not apply if you were added from the waitlist within 18 hours of the class start time.

Membership & Billing

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly on your billing date.

  • Unlimited memberships allow for 1 class per day max.

  • Membership cancellations require 30 days advance written notice (per your membership agreement).

  • Failed payments must be resolved promptly to maintain booking access.

Class Pack Policies

  • Class packages expire 3 months after purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.​​​

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose injuries, pregnancy, or medical concerns prior to class.

  • The studio reserves the right to modify or limit participation for safety reasons.

​

Studio Cancellations

Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients will be notified and credited accordingly.
